Data collected
The platform may store Discord identity fields, membership and role IDs, order and support records, quote details, notification preferences, Cloud deployment metadata, and security/audit events.
Credentials
Discord passwords are never received through OAuth. Do not submit tokens or private keys in chat or support text. Cloud environment values are encrypted and are not returned by customer-facing APIs.
Use and sharing
Information is used to authenticate, deliver services, prevent abuse, synchronize authorized Discord workflows, and support customers. Payment providers process their own checkout information under their policies.
Retention and rights
Retention depends on operational, security, dispute, and legal needs. Contact support for access or deletion requests; some records may need to remain for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
