Open a Billing ticket with the order ID and safe payment reference. A request is not automatically approved and must be reviewed against the written scope, work completed, delivery state, and applicable law.
Work already performed
Custom digital work, consumed boosts, completed setup, delivered source, and third-party costs may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Partial remedies may be considered when appropriate.
Chargebacks
Contact Billing first. Fraudulent chargebacks, duplicate disputes, or false claims may result in account restrictions while evidence is reviewed.
